I am delighted to take up the role as Practice Director with Vibe Legal and look forward to meeting all our clients in the coming months.
I was educated in Ireland and hold a first class honours degree in legal and business studies and a post graduate law degree . After graduating, I practiced as a general commercial lawyer before moving to Perth with my wife Lindsay in 2012, via a stop in Las Vegas to get married.
Ironically, I have since gained several years’ experience practicing in family law and outside of law, my wife and our 2 young children keep me busy.
Before joining Vibe, I also took a short 6-month career detour, to take up a role as a banking and finance lawyer with a national top tier firm, which was an invaluable experience and helped me re-discover my passion for commercial law.
Over the last 10 years, I have developed a collaborative approach to law (where possible), and at Vibe, our clients can expect practical, commercially focused advice and a professional service at all times.
Sarah Gresham

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Curtin University in 2017. Sarah was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 2 November 2018 and now practises as a Solicitor at Vibe Legal.
While completing her degrees, Sarah was an active member of the university community, including her role as editor of a university publication and involvement in leadership and mentor programs. In 2018, Sarah obtained her postgraduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Australian National University whilst understudying Senior Lawyers in the area of Family Law and Wills & Estates.
Sarah has worked with a number of Community Legal Centres in Perth, primarily, in Family Law, Migration Law and Women’s legal rights. During and post university Sarah then worked in boutique Family Law and Wills & Estate planning practices, before joining the Vibe Legal team in August 2020.
Sarah is passionate about ensuring that all members of our society have access to justice and she wants to ensure that those who are disadvantaged or vulnerable receive the support they need when engaging with the law and justice system.
Sarah is diligent and enthusiastic about obtaining the best results for our clients. Sarah takes an empathetic client-focussed approach by being caring, down-to-earth and approachable.
Sarah is looking forward to working closely with Leo Barry, Vibe Legal’s Practice Director to expand her skills and knowledge as a Solicitor.

As Commercial Director, I apply my vast experience as a qualifiable success as a business owner and commercial manager, having created and sold several professional consulting businesses in the past.
Applying more than 29 years’ experience in business development and professional services to a wide range of industries, I thrive on understanding client needs and creating valuable solutions that drive business results.
Personally, I consistently deploy strong ideas, integrate teams that move to create solutions to help transform client organisations and expectations. My belief that no one individually can act as a whole and that collaboration, which is inherent in Vibe Legal’s culture, is embraced every day to bring the greatest benefit to clients.
